Phone Consultations are brief but intend to address what brings clients to treatment, what clients want to get out of it, and to hold space for clients to ask questions. If it seems to be a good fit, an intake session can be scheduled directly.

Intake sessions are billable service appointments that serve as a prerequisite for ongoing treatment. During the intake we will discuss more specifically about symptoms/goals, and other information that will help implement a specific treatment plan. Information gathered during the intake will also be used towards the completion of a biopsychosocial questionnaire required by insurances for ongoing insurance coverage.
Clients will receive access to the required intake forms and a Zoom link upon booking an appointment.

*Clients are only billed for the intake if they continue with ongoing treatment*
